Hi everyone, Stacy here. Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, had to take a few weeks off due to a wrist injury BUT I am back and will be keeping you all updated on my journey with Away A Wee Walk.
This week in the office I have been keeping busy with everything marketing related. Eimear and I have been spending some time on the overall SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) of the business and setting some plans in place for new products to come – so keep your eyes peeled.
On Tuesday we went for a recce on Murlough Beach in Newcastle, County Down. A recce can be very beneficial as it helps with discovering new walking routes for walkers with less experience or time available, or in the case of bad weather conditions or even just to find out what the route is actually like. While on the walk, Eimear also introduced me to the rule of thirds in photography for balanced composition – this helped me to take some lovely pictures with just my iPhone! The beach had some beautiful views of the Mourne Mountains and since the weather was so nice, we could see right across to Slieve Croob.
I am hoping the good weather sticks around and I hope you all have a wonderful Easter! Don’t eat too many yummy Easter Egg and don’t forget to find me on Instagram Stories @awayaweewalk
